Health is a state of complete physical, social and mental well-being and not simply the absence of disease or illness. Health is, therefore, a level of functional efficiency of living beings and a general condition of the mind, body and spirit of a person, which means that it is free of disease, injury and pain. It is a resource of everyday life and a positive concept that emphasizes physical abilities.

Good health is a secret of every happy man. Staying healthy for children is vital for the proper growth and development of the mind and body, as they need to focus on the class and participate fully in activities in the field. Parents should take their children to the medical examination and learn from the experts about their development in terms of height and weight, as it has a great impact on their performance and overall efficiency. If you are strong and healthy, you can be a shining example for others and teach them how to achieve vibrant health.

Good health is a cause of great concern, to maintain it, a healthy life and a disciplined life is a necessity.
